This Personal Use License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, referred to herein as “Licensee”) and PatenaudePrints, the owner and provider of the 3D printable models (referred to herein as “Licensor”).
The digital content offered for download by the Licensor, including but not limited to 3D models, 3D model files, images, animations, and related downloadable materials (collectively, the “Licensed Materials”) are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Grant of License
Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Licensed Materials subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
- Use of Licensed Materials
Licensee may download, install and use the Licensed Materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Licensee may not use the Licensed Materials for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to the sale, lease, license, or distribution of 3D prints or casts made from the Licensed Materials.
- Restrictions
a) Licensee shall not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, lend, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Licensed Materials or any prints, casts or any other derivative works thereof.
b) The licensee shall not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Licensed Materials.
c) Licensee shall not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the Licensed Materials.
d) Licensee shall not use the Licensed Materials in any manner that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
- Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Materials (including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights) belong to the Licensor. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any intellectual property rights in the Licensed Materials.
- Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if Licensee violates any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Licensed Materials and destroy all copies of the Licensed Materials.
- Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
By downloading or using the Licensed Materials, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Licensed Materials.
